What does JCC actually do?
We’re a management and operations consulting firm. Think of us as the team that helps you get “lender-ready,” sharpen your processes, and build brand systems that scale. We design playbooks, not promises. We do not offer legal, tax, or investment advisory services.
Do you provide funding?
No. We are not a lender. We help you become a stronger applicant (documentation, lender readiness, process hygiene), and we can introduce frameworks for approaching banks, credit unions, and fintechs.
Can you guarantee approvals or specific dollar amounts?
No guarantees. Underwriters make final decisions. Our role is to align your business profile (e.g., D-U-N-S, PAYDEX plan, NAP consistency, banking relationships) to increase the odds and quality of approvals.
What’s “lender-ready” in plain English?
- Clean and consistent NAP (name, address, phone) everywhere
- Clear business purpose (NAICS / SIC Codes, Business Descriptions, Clear Branding, Marketing & Design Strategies)
- Active D-U-N-S + filled-in D&B profile
- Operating business checking/savings + real activity
- At least four on-time, reporting trade experiences (e.g., business cards, LOC, auto)

Do you work nationwide?
Yes. JCC is a Texas C-Corp serving U.S. clients remotely. We also support multi-state operators.
Do you require a personal guarantee (PG)?
We don’t issue credit, so we don’t require anything. Lenders set PG rules. Many early-stage approvals involve a PG; some corporate/fintech programs may not.
Will you set up my website, phone, and directories?
We can provide guidance and light implementation to keep your brand signals consistent (site footer NAP, 411/directories, social handles). Clean signals → fewer underwriting headaches.
Do you handle intellectual property?
We advise on brand systems and content strategy. For IP registration or legal opinions, we’ll point you to licensed professionals; we stay in the consulting/education lane.
How fast can I see results?
Every file is different. A realistic early milestone is 2–6 weeks to get bank-clean, plant reporting lines, and start seeing movement with lenders.
